Returns & Exchange Policy
At Era, we prioritize quality and hygiene. Please review our policy regarding your order:

1. Inspection Upon Delivery (معاينة عند الاستلام)
We encourage you to inspect your items while the courier is present.

If you decide not to keep the order during inspection, you may return it with the courier immediately.

Note: In this case, only the shipping fees must be paid.

2. Fixed Policy
Once the courier leaves and the order is accepted, no returns or exchanges are permitted. We only make exceptions for:

Manufacturing defects.

Incorrect items (wrong size/color delivered).

3. How to Report an Issue
If you discover a manufacturing fault or a wrong order after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours via:
